Tandy Services is made up to help us out on the road to keep track of everything we do. The website is basically just a database to list everything and keep everything in one place.

We have made a few different websites that I (James) did not design. We used Social Community Software and made it to help others. But that software was not mine, and very much of a resource hog on the server. You have to pay hundreds of dollars a month to run such a site.This one is mine. It does take up a bit of space on a server but it is not as much of a resource hog as a full blown social community. It is taking a few years to design and figure out how to do things that will help me or us out on the road. I will be adding more and more as I feel fit and think will help us out on the road to do what we do.

 

Who is it for?

That is a good question. Right now, the only ones using it is us (Deb and I). We are trying to test everything out. Then fix whatever errors we come up with. After that Joule Yacht if they want can add drivers to Tandy Services. I do have it all set up for only Joule Yacht Transport boat haulers for now. If Joule Yacht does not want to use the site. I might open it up to other Boat Haulers or just sell it to other companies that might like to have it.
